Census and registry survey
municipal real estate (ACI)
The municipal property registry links built structures with cadastral, registry, and tax data. This work highlights discrepancies: unregistered properties, inconsistencies, incomplete tax positions.
What we detect
- Identification of properties within the municipal territory
- Association between property units, cadastral parcels, and street numbers
- Comparison of cadastral, registry, and tax data
- Detailed reporting of inconsistencies requiring verification
- Supporting photographic material where necessary
What remains with the Municipality
- An aligned overview of territory, cadastre, and municipal databases
- The basis for recovering tax evasion and ensuring fair taxation
- A shared tool between the tax and technical offices
- Access from the office and smartphones during inspections
- Delivery on PostGIS database and publication on municipal WebGIS
How it works
We start with the Municipality's existing databases, then verify inconsistencies or missing data in the field. This is followed by validation and delivery on the WebGIS. Where needed, we train staff on software usage.
