Is it a subscription or one-time payment?

It's an annual fee covering domain and SSL certificate maintenance, which require yearly renewal.

Does the domain remain registered to me?

If the domain is already yours, we'll link it to the platform while keeping it registered to you. If we register it, we'll define ownership together during activation.

Is it mandatory?

No. Without it, your platform will use our domain address and function normally. It's needed when you want users to see your domain, and is mandatory for white label.
